Mitchell Hooper made history when he secured 1st place at the 2023 World’s Strongest Man competition in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where he also became the first Canadian in World’s Strongest Man history to win the Final.
In this video, he grapples with UFC vet Pat Barry. Pat is a former American mixed martial artist and kickboxer who competed as a heavyweight in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He is particularly known for his low kicks.
Barry is a purple belt in BJJ.
